PV SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATIONAL BOOKLET

TO APPLY FOR A PVEF SCHOLARSHIP: Click the "Apply For Scholarship" button for each scholarship listed below in which you wish to apply. Once opened, please make sure to read the application instructions and scroll to the bottom of the page to click on the actual link(s) to apply, if applicable to that scholarship. Additionally, if there is no blue link, students do not apply for that particular scholarship as the award is based upon nominations only.

PLEASE NOTE: The foundation intends for the scholarships awarded to be applied to the academic school year immediately following graduation from Pleasant Valley. Any variation from this expectation must be approved by the foundation board and be based on unique circumstances. The application information will only be displayed below during the active application time period (October 1st to February 1st each year). There are currently 78 scholarships being awarded to graduating seniors from Pleasant Valley Community High School and are listed below with their main criteria with the scholarship application link attached.

All applicants need to demonstrate the characteristics of the New Leaders’ Scholarship Program: academic preparation, interpersonal skills, professional behaviors and community mindedness. Please be aware that some scholarship search committees check social networking profiles as a reference. (It is only possible to receive one PVHS scholarship, although a senior may apply for multiple scholarships.)
