Spartan Nation Perseverance Scholarship

The Spartan Nation Scholarships are funding by Run with Carl, which is a Labor Day road race that honors the life of PVHS student Carl Schillig, who passed away after a hit and run accident. The PVEF hosts this race, along with the Bettendorf Community Schools Foundation.
