The PVHS Civil Engineering and Architecture visited the new Forest Grove Elementary to see all they're learning in action. Site managers gave PVHS a tour, talking not just about the walls and floors, but the wiring and HVAC systems that keep a large building running. Students asked questions about the various careers needed to create a new school, and they learned about why certain materials are used for school construction. What an opportunity for our students!
