Pleasant Valley Junior High officially opened it's FitCore Obstacle Course. Students and families raised money to put in the 15 pieces.
We also want to thank donors: Wellmark Foundation, Hawkeye Paving, Liqui Gro, Chris Sampson, Bettendorf HyVee, the Cernin Family and the Gunnik Family.
The idea for the course came as Wellness teachers brainstormed about ways to get students more active. The PVJH program focuses on ways students can build life-long healthy habits.
