Starting September 21,2020, Pleasant Valley Community School District will be providing free breakfast and lunch for ALL students under 18.
We are able to do this because we are now participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) that the USDA recently extended. This program is scheduled to run until December 31st or until funds run out. Students will still pay for extra entrees, extra milk and or any other beverage picked up.
Hybrid at home and 100% online Learners will be able to pick up free meals daily at the HS from 10:30-11:00am Pre Order form is sent out every Friday with the district enews and must be filled out weekly.
When funds run out, we will go back to the National School Breakfast and Lunch programs and students will be charged according to their eligibility.
If you have questions, please contact Food Service Director Andrea Mahler at 563-332-5550 ext 1030 or email her at mahlerandrea@pleasval.org.
