Extended Learning Program (ELP)

Extended Learning Programming (ELP) is the district’s vehicle for the provision of services to the advanced learner.  It includes collaboration with the classroom teacher for a provision of differentiated instruction and specialized services as needed. The mission of the Extended Learning Program (ELP) at Pleasant Valley is to provide services to meet the needs of those advanced learners--all day every day--who require appropriate instruction and educational services commensurate with their abilities and needs beyond those provided by the regular school program.
